2009-10-04 20:55:00 | I done 4, to get an average; www.speedtest.net www.speedtest.net www.speedtest.net www.speedtest.net Techlabs, in CPIT. Bah! You're not doing it right. Last night I downloaded (from memory) about 15Gb, no P2P or anything like that, mostly just youtube, archive.org and dreamspark (http://dreamspark.com). All legit. Downloading from memory is not quite what the interweb tests are designed to indicate ;)

2009-10-04 22:28:00 | Aww, I'm touched. Was sending a file to a mate this morning, was managing 55kb/sec solid upload speed, spiking to 70kb/sec, that's not to be laughed at around here. :p

2009-10-04 22:28:00 | Maybe we need a REALLY long Ethernet cable. | pcuser42 (130) | |
2009-10-04 22:32:00 | Could create a country long network of 100m Ethernet cables and switches, all running from your ADSL. Perfect. :p | wratterus (105) | |
2009-10-04 22:35:00 | That's ADSL2+ (when Big Time starts up). :D | pcuser42 (130) | |
2009-10-04 23:01:00 | These days it's insanely easy to gobble a whole lot of data without doing anything illegal. Exactly why I wouldn't want a cap of any kind, it's surprising how much data can be used

2009-10-05 02:03:00 | Any Wellington users here? Thinking of switching my current Telescum plan to this also (40gb just goes to fast :() - and just hunting more 'local' opinions and thoughts :) | Bozo (8540) | |
2009-10-08 05:40:00 | :stare: Thought I'd get better speeds than this (www.speedtest.net) on ADLS2+. Oh well, still 2Mb/s faster than Vodafone. :D
