| 816420 | 2009-10-03 10:35:00 | Last time I saw some boxing was a long time ago. Is a "round" still 3 minutes normally? If so, without a time out, the match would have lasted 187 seconds. If $40.00 was paid then that is a little over 2 cents per second. If we go by that price I watched Star Wars tonight and that was screened on Channel 3 and took 3 hours to run. 7:30 to 10:30. So that would be 108,000 seconds. Times two = 21600 cents = $216.00 and I think I had far more entertainment for free. Yes, I did see some adverts which is why I just used 2 seconds as the base. 21c per second if you watched it on TV. $80 per second if you watched it in person ringside. |
