1111350 2010-06-18 09:53:00 It maybe similar to this (www.samsung.com). Have you checked the site for your model? Speedy Gonzales (78)
1111351 2010-06-18 10:25:00 According to Samsung site, your video card and/or drivers or motherboard may not be compatible with your Magictune software, try updating the video/motherboard drivers or remove the Magictune software.

Perhaps one of your buttons on the monitor is defective/stuck down, take it back to the vendor?

1111352 2010-06-19 03:24:00 this has happened after 2yrs installed. tried reinstall of the software, went back to a restore point before this happened, pushed all and any buttons on the bottom right hand of the screen, all without any result, other than pulling the Moniter apart are there any further thing that could be done?? 1111354 2010-06-19 09:24:00 You should still have some cover under the Consumer Guarantees Act (if you live in New Zealand) as it should have operated for longer than 2yrs (is not a reasonable expectation of service life).

The Consumer Guarantees Act (CGA) is about the quality of goods and services. It protects customers from poor quality services and goods that do not meet reasonable expectations.

Mention the CGA in your email. ;)
