| 817982 | 2009-10-11 05:14:00 | It takes two to make a child (a man and a woman, in case you weren't aware of that). I dispute that,in any case if the girl said no,the problem wouldn't arrise. |

| 817983 | 2009-10-11 05:54:00 | and legally a man has to pay child support if he chooses to not have anything to do with his partner and the child. we're talking about a man having to give up half of his possessions just because his partner lives with him for more than 4 years when the women partner can just move out and/or get a job whenever she wants. the man aint forcing the women to be there. it should work like this: 1)man asks women to move in 2)women asks man to sign legal document saying after 4 years of living together, women is eligible to have half of man's possessions 3)man signs document If the man doesn't sign the document and the women still chooses to live with the man then the women gets nothing if relationship ends after 4 years. i don't agree with this automatic un-consensual agreements without both parties agreeing. it's a bit like if you walk into a grocery store and your not allowed out of it without buying something, even if you don't want to buy something. if there was a consent form at the door that the customer signs then that'll be fine. You seem to be rather confused here. Step 1 leaves me cold for a start. Man asks how many women to move in? If more than one, then the penalty for bigamy may put you off. A worse penalty may be ending up with several mothers in law though. Maybe you meant Man asks a woman to move in. But in these days of civil unions who really knows? |

| 817984 | 2009-10-11 06:50:00 | It takes two to make a child (a man and a woman, in case you weren't aware of that) so if a man does not want to take equal responsibility for the care and upbringing of any child he fathers then he should make very sure that he does not get any women pregnant. End of story. Oh dear Foxy, that's a very mid-20th century concept, totally outdated by the womens liberation movement. Men are superfluous in the new model. :p Useful for breeding but thats about it. |

| 817991 | 2009-10-15 00:36:00 | Seems the idea would be to kick the tart into touch before the 3 year mark to save your stuff and money. Good idea if it works and if you can get away with it more than once or twice. |
