| 817698 | 2009-10-07 01:54:00 | Hi Guys I bought a Zip jug 18 months ago, which is a glass bubble on a cordless base. It is great you can see how much water is in there. I want to get another one, but they don't seem to bring them in anymore, I have phoned all the usual suspects Briscoes, Noel Leaming, etc, but none have them. Does any one know of shops in NZ that stock them ? I heard that Breville also did them. They have a German made glass bubble. I want to get another one for my mum, for safety etc. I have seen them on Amazon but .... |

| 817703 | 2009-10-07 09:58:00 | We bought one a few weeks ago from Briscoes in Henderson. We were given one a year or so ago & use it at work. Was quite impressed, so when I saw them going for $40 I got a shiny new one for home. They're quieter that stainless steel ones, bonus | Phil B (648) | ||
| 817704 | 2009-10-07 10:03:00 | But wouldn't they have to be cleaned inside as well as out? That seems like it could be a bit of a burden. Maybe a tea-cosy would help there. | R2x1 (4628) | ||
| 817705 | 2009-10-07 10:08:00 | The one at work has never been cleaned & probably never will be. The glass is only very slightly opaque, nothing to worry about. | Phil B (648) | ||

The digging is getting her down too, I should sharpen the shovel again since last time I did that (about three years ago) she got much more productive. | R2x1 (4628) | ||

You should keep an eye on the size of any holes being dug. Maybe sharpening the shovel isn't the greatest idea :D |
