1452995	2018-08-22 01:41:00	I received a parcel yesterday from Courier Post, they left it at my door front. The address is correct but there is no such person at my home. So, I rang Courier Post and told them about it and requested them to come and pick it up. The Courier man came to pick it up yesterday afternoon, good. But this morning, the Courier man delivered it back to me! What should I do with it?	bk T (215)
1452996	2018-08-22 02:21:00	We had same problem with Courier also NZ Post. 2nd time with courier and they asked us to take it back to depot, some 28km across town. They wanted to check our ID. Believe it or not it was for the house next door, they have a "fly by niter" who pops up occasionally. Made courier deliver it, stuff them. Same thing with the post, it was from a Govnt. Dept, typical from these people, wrote to the Dept. concerned and they got it sorted eventually. We did open the first letter and re-sealed it with a "return to sender" on it. lurking.	Lurking (218)

1452998	2018-08-22 22:37:00	let me tell you a story about how hopeless they are I ordered a widget from overseas. Courierpost/nz post delivered it to wrong adress, they marked it as Delivered in the tracking status . I rang them saying it wasnt delivered , they opened an 'investigation' , saying they will check the couriers GPS records (they NEVER do that) They email me the next day saying courier said it was correct house (it wasnt) They never rang back, they never replied to emails. So I rang them back, turns out they closed the investigation after 1 day, admitting the investigation should not have been closed . I wait. A week later I re-check the tracking status & see its been moving around since then. I rang them , the investigation team didnt even know, so even though in their system as missing, the tracking doesnt flag anyone to follow up that their couriers have since picked up & sent it somewhere Turns out, someone handed it into the local Post Office (so obviously delivered to wrong adress) Post office & couriers made ZERO effort to redeliver it to me. Instead , it was returned to sender (ie China) , despite the courier knowing its flagged as missing & under investigation Its still marked as "delivered" , so I have no come back, and therefore cant make a claim with the seller, nor with the local courier So many stuff ups, so many chances to re-deliver . It was scanned in 3x after it went missing , so 3 opportunities to deliver it to me.	1101 (13337)
1452999	2018-08-23 06:31:00	Courier Post again. I receive a regular delivery of coffee beans from Wellington and, despite the printed address on the package specifies "Rear Door" as I am in a wheel chair in a two storied house they are always dumped at the front door. Finally managed to catch the delivery guy from upstairs and he brought the box to the rear but his reason was "Any further info apart from the actual address" is normally in a different place on the label. This, even though the "Rear Door" bit follows immediately after the street address. Interesting to see if any change next time.	Woody (710)
1453000	2018-08-23 06:44:00	Sometimes the couriers can be a "little Awkward' ;) (being polite here) But in their defense for some things, The address is correct but there is no such person at my home. They don't care whom its addressed to, only the actual address of delivery. Its hardly the fault of the Couriers if who ever sent the package put the wrong address / Person.	wainuitech (129)

1453003	2018-08-24 09:11:00	Sometimes letters can appear as numbers particularly if hand written. I figured this out when living at a flat (1b). I always received parcels via Fed Express from JC Whitney in Illinois, USA. Then thought - the packers - largely hispanics I think, wrote the b as a slanted/partial 6. Went to number 16 up the road - sure enough my package was at their place.	kahawai chaser (3545)
