1451196 2018-07-04 06:15:00 Hi,

I always use blue tooth speaker from my laptop. Now, when I want to use an earphone, I can't hear the sound directly from laptop's speaker.

All sound drivers have been updated.

Can someone help me to figure out what's wrong with my settings?

I use ASUS ROG with Windows 10.

Regards,

Under play back only shows:

1. LG HD (with green tick)
When I clicked test, no sound only volume bars up and down

2. Speakers (Realtek HD Audio).
When I clicked test, there is sound

I tried to click “Realtek HD Audio” for default but it didn't work.

huh ?
so when you plug in headphones, no sound is heard from the laptops speakers
Thats how its meant to work .

The sound drivers may have an option for both, but I doubt it . You may need to disable jacksense somehow .
