1452658 2018-08-14 09:56:00 I don't see you doing any better. Why not use your tiny brain to come up with something better? But no. You are only good at criticising someone elses efforts. If you can't improve on my post - and it's obvious you can't - you've never done so before, so keep your big mouth shut until you can come up with an improvement on what has been done before.

I enjoy a mix of meals, some of which have meat, and some of which do not. I try to eat a wide variety of food, both plant and animal based. I believe what other people chose to eat or not to eat is their business, and I won't judge (at least, not unless they don't like pineapple on pizza ;)). I believe that, potentially with the aid of some supplements, people can enjoy a nutritious diet whether they choose to consume animal products or not.

I also note, with some amusement, that you made either a spelling or a grammatical error in your fourth sentence. While I can't speak for others, to me it seems as though some people's education is lacking. It's appalling.

However, I must beg for your forgiveness on one matter.
Having asked someone far more intelligent and capable than me (for the record, I asked a toddler), I have been made aware that, were it not for my sad and pitiful lack of a large brain, I would have had the spare intellectual capacity to join you in wholeheartedly judging other people for what they choose to eat.
As it is, my tiny brain renders that impossible, and for that I must apologize.

Are you sure you aren't lagging a bit?

I was not judging anybody. I was simply saying that I have no wish to be a vegetarian as I love my red meat too much. You obviously did not read my post properly.

Bro, when you've been smacked down for being a dick, sometimes it's better just to take it and shut up.
One of the many lessons I've learnt.

1452665 2018-08-14 23:41:00 Red meat - as in fried, boiled, or stewed? Or burnt, with crispy fat - some like it - I once did. If meat is healthy, why are NZ schools removing meat pies from their tuckshops? Sure I have seen school kids scoffing up pies for breakfast. But all good healthy NZ beef - is it not? kahawai chaser (3545)

1452667 2018-08-15 01:05:00 . . . . If meat is healthy, why are NZ schools removing meat pies from their tuckshops? Sure I have seen school kids scoffing up pies for breakfast . But all good healthy NZ beef - is it not?

pies = 30% fat . Nothing to do with the meat in them . Many dont even make the NZ Legal requirement for % of meat .
Im fat because I really love carbs . Lets blame fats & sugar instead , ignore all those getting obese on carbs .

And VitC can cause real issues . Lets remove oranges from tuck shops .
Bean sprouts :contain poisons , potatoes contain a nasty poison .

so Lets not pretend meat eaten in reasonable quantities is so damn bad
VitaminA can kill you . So therefore VitA is bad . As are many of the trace elements they say we need .
Its all about being reasonable .

And lets not get all upset when a cow & calf get put down for attacking people in a Ak public park . They would have ended up in pies eventually anyway . :)
