| 1452846 | 2018-08-19 05:43:00 | +1 but our local courier outfits have no idea of the concept of customer service. whats been annoying me of late is some outfits think i'm rural, so they hand it over to the rural delivery, which adds another day and they have to go out of their way as i'm in town. |

They drive as far as the garage and drop the parcels there for anyone not in the middle of the township, the garage isn't even a designated drop off they just do it before it opens in the morning. | gary67 (56) | ||
| 1452848 | 2018-08-19 10:04:00 | yeah i had that once. they dropped off my parcels in the middle of the gas station in town. didn't even bother with RD. they had hundreds of people walking past the gear and anyone could have walked off with it. they rang me to come collect it. just utter morons. the company that sent it got an earful. |

Computer Lounge also good but there is a delivery fee and they are not Wellington. Playtech also but I find they are not that flexible once they send the product out even if it has not left Auckland. But at least I don't overclock so the cheaper motherboard is still OK and it also still supports the Ryzen 2nd Gen chips also. So it worked out anyway. I hardly use PBTech now. There is a delivery fee and a fee for credit card and therefore no cashback or airpoints on the card, and no extended warranty (on the certain cards also). Computer Lounge I find is their after support is better, IME, they received my courier within 2hr they assessed it and rang me back and had a replacement product off to me already. Ascent would go thru their protocols. |
