Unlike some other B vitamins, B12 is not found in any plant food . It is, however, abundant in many meats and fish, and in smaller amounts in milk and eggs. This makes it difficult for people following a strict vegetarian diet to get the necessary amount of vitamin B12.

1452651 2018-08-14 05:15:00 I agree with you 100% Roscoe. I reckon life would be downright miserable without meat. :p Maybe not quite that bad, but still. There's not a lot of things I look forward to more than a good steak or a barby on a summer evening....

That story is very sad. Fine line between free will and manslaughter. Garlic is not going to do a lot of good when the poor kid is basically malnourished. That is the type of thing you expect to see in a 3rd world refugee camp or something, not in NZ. :(

1452653 2018-08-14 07:32:00 I like meat all sorts but we don't need as much as we think, we often have3-4 meat free days a week. Vegetarians are not the problem as they do eat eggs, milk etc. Vegans however now there is a case of nutters on the loose. Anyway who would give up bacon?

Oh and garlic only has one use and since there are no vampires around we don't need it in our diet. :devil

1452655 2018-08-14 08:15:00 Loving red meat is all very well, but it is a bit discriminatory.
Personally, I prefer meat cooked.

I don't see you doing any better. Why not use your tiny brain to come up with something better? But no. You are only good at criticising someone elses efforts. If you can't improve on my post - and it's obvious you can't - you've never done so before, so keep your big mouth shut until you can come up with an improvement on what has been done before.
