| 1451350 | 2018-07-08 08:17:00 | Hi All W10 & Office 365. I am on the third & last of Officce , renewal is 28/8/18. About a week ago after an update I lost Word 2016, The W10 tried to download Word 2013. How can I get Word 2016 back again please. I still have the package & theKey Card with thelong number on it. Thanks. PJ |

Open the control Panel ( Press Windows Key + S) Type in Control - Open Control Panel 8924 Click programs and features ( this is in Large Icon Mode top Right). 8921 Scroll Down till you see Microsoft Office Office 365 - SINGLE click it to Highlight, then click on Change. 8922 Click YES in the pop up window. Select Quick Repair 8923 Click Repair. It will run through, see if word is back. If not then Select Online repair, then Repair. The online will basically download and reinstall Office 365 completely. As for the renewal, just pay with your credit card. You need to go to www.office.com/myaccount Sign in, manage account - Renew Or renew it from within the program normally a bar along the top appears close to renewal time. |
