| 1451316 | 2018-07-07 08:13:00 | The above has installed itself on SWMBO's phone a Vodafone smart ultra 6. It has made the phone unusable, even though we have turned assistant off it still keeps popping up asking to be turned on and not letting you access any other screen or app. So we have a useless brick pretty much. Anyone else had this problem? It hasn't appeared on my phone yet which is the smart ultra 7. |

| 1451318 | 2018-07-10 09:56:00 | Thanks we thing in the end it might have been a problem from when she dropped it but assistant certainly wasn't helping as it took over basically. Phone is now in the dud pile as even a full factory reset couldn't fix it. | gary67 (56) | ||
