| 1111668 | 2010-06-19 23:36:00 | Recently every morning I've had to reboot my modem because I've been unable to connect to the internet when I get up in the morning. The modem has absolutely no lights on it when I go to reboot it. It is a DSL-G604t (gen 2) I think. Is my modem screwed or is my ISP shutting it down because I'm downloading a heap during their off peak in the early hours of the morning? I don't know if they can even possibly do that? | --Wolf-- (128) | ||
| 1111669 | 2010-06-19 23:56:00 | The modem has absolutely no lights on it That sounds more like a Modem problem. Does the modem get hot ? it could be overheating and shutting down. Your ISP has the ability to disconnect the Internet service to you, but thats about all. |
