| 1111616 | 2010-06-19 13:45:00 | Hi there, I have some videos downloaded from YouTube. When I opened one today all I got was a green screen but the audio played ok. I googled the problem and was told to reduce the hardware acceleration. I did this and the video returned, but I now have a drop in quality. Does anyone know what the cause of the video loss is and how can I restore the quality? These are music videos and I have viewed them many times without any problems. The format is VLC. I tried to reset the computer to another day several times but it would not reset but perhaps this is a different problem. Hoping you can help. Mervselm |
