1111572 2010-06-19 08:37:00 Have you got some hosting space somewhere? And a domain name?

And are the files kept locally on your computer at the moment?

1111574 2010-06-19 08:45:00 So what you do is to transfer the files to your domain using an ftp client or similar.

Like Filezilla:-

You need to export it as .html and then upload it. You need all the stuff Sweep listed to do that.

If you want a free website builder that you need no .html knowledge for use and you want to just click "Publish" at it goes to the web you should try any of these:
yola.com
freewebs.com
moonfruit.com (by far the best)

These all look much better than what your using (doesn't mean they are). I normally avoid "budget" looking sites that supply software.

Software generally has more features and is better quallity but it means that you have to use ftp software (FileZilla) to upload stuff and if your not good with tech this can be a problem.

Have you tried Nvu?
