| 820125 | 2009-10-13 06:23:00 | Have you noticed over the last year or so, that when any one is interviewed on tv they always start their replies with the words "I think..." Don't they know ? And this behaviour is also world wide on overseas interviews and of non English native speakers. Isn't it funny how little trends like that start and spread. There have been others, but I have forgotten them. Errr was one of them. |

| 820126 | 2009-10-13 06:29:00 | I think... it's probably because people (and TV stations) want to avoid lawsuits by presenting things as opinions "I think the sky is blue" rather than fact "the sky is blue" :). | somebody (208) | ||

| 820132 | 2009-10-13 09:27:00 | I hate it when they say "To be honest" Does that mean that they were lying about everything else? I think....it's a little giveaway in that they aren't being honest with themselves but they want you to think they are. Another saying that became the rage after the show Californication (en.wikipedia.org(TV_series)) is "it's all good", which pretty much means all is FUBAR but I'm not yet admitting it. |
