Proceed to a lawyer and they will do the necessary.

Phone a couple and get a price.

It would also appear you can't read either.

Also I have no idea what your origin is and therefore I can't know for a fact.

Speedy was on the right track.

I can read Sweep. I was just merely correcting myself.

820032 2009-10-13 04:04:00 Most people do not know that you can change your name without doing it officially this way too.

Once it has become commonly used, it becomes legal anyway.

I changed my surname like that 4 years before I got married and yes it was legal, had all sorts of accounts and stuff under it. SO when I got married finally it didn't matter much as I already had the surname.

820033 2009-10-13 20:21:00 Changing your name by 'common usage' may be fine for most situations but when it comes down to some official form requiring your birth certificate (like drivers license) then you need to change it by deed poll. At least this is my experience of it. Common usage does not apply in these cases. (I wanted to lose my middle name since I don't use it except for documents). user (1404)
