| 1112209 | 2010-06-22 02:53:00 | Raid recovery: take it to a data recovery SPECIALIST, not a PC Repair company. Turn PC off & dont use those drives again it you want the data. Expect to pay $1000 up. Some have no recovery, no fee, others have minimum charge. They basically recover the data, then they work out what to charge. You pay for expertise & specialized equipment, not actual chargeable time. Your USB HD, sounds like its disconnecting/reconnecting. Bad/loose cables, bad power pack, drive going bad, Power saving issues.(pick one) Try the USB connector on the back of the PC, USB connectors on the front may be unreliable. |
