Mind you that speed test is no where near accurate on cable. www.speedtest.net When I had a modem problem once the tech from Telstra loaded up their own password protected site - it really flew, as it was accurate. always found napier better www.speedtest.net (http://www.speedtest.net) Its strange, just around the corner from you(sort of) and our speeds are so different. |

| 820113 | 2009-10-13 20:30:00 | How do you folks copy the results image? (it's a bit of a hassle to screen copy, cut, paste into a graphics programme, copy it, then send it). Anyway... I get 7.99 Mb/s download, .44 Mb/s upload. When I tried the nzdsl.co.nz test I got similar results. I'd like a better upload speed for online gaming, but ah well, too bad too sad. I use Telstraclear's PDQ adsl service. [Edit] I just repeated the speedtest using Napier as my location... I got 9.97 Mb/s download, and .47 Mb/s upload. |
