So most likely a retard who was (probably) 17 at the time had sexual intercourse with a girl who was (most probably) 14 at the time. (It's 16 here, but in the US it's 18?) Ain't there laws that are supposed to protect under-aged sex? Shouldn't the retard have been prosecuted for statutory rape? But hey, the world is full of retards... Guess the girl is a bigger retard than he. And he is on probation for robbery, what a shocker. Time to go back to the cells with Big Bubba and his "happy" mates... Then again if he raped his 8 day old daughter, he'd probably enjoy that too. If he is disabled isn't it his parent/caregiver's responsibilities that he not do things like this? They should also be prosecuted for negligence. And knowing that he is a person incapable of thinking and acting with judgment he should have either been locked up in a place for people such as he or that he would need to be under constant supervision of his legal guardian - which it seems was his mother. And she should be charged with negligence as should the 15 year old girl who left him alone with the baby. That like saying if a dog wasn't a dog he wouldn't have bitten the child. I understand that I come off very bad here, but people have to take responsibilities for their actions and inactions. Yes, the guy is mentally challenged and it sucks, but that changes nothing.
