Seeing it happened at the exact same time on the same day two weeks in a row,if you were to call telstra, they would look at the logs and see what caused it. You may find they say the connection was working as far as they were concerned - that would indicate a problem at your place ( something caused the drop off's) but 15 minutes in one week is no big deal. If it were doing it consistently then there would be a problem. |
