2009-10-20 08:53:00 | Please raise your hands, or press a few keys if you wish to be in a PF1 lunch on Saturday 31st, which is only a dozen (ish) sleeps away to celebrate the visit of pctek to the soggy city. I guess she thinks we need straightening out - possibly with some justification. As customary, we could meet in Britomart from 11:30 am on the raised bit just inside the main doors. Then we could dash off to the usual hash foundry at around 12. (If johcar rides his bike in the food alley there could be trouble though.)

2009-10-20 08:57:00 | Neat, be on the train that gets in to Auckland about 11:47, rocket up a couple of floors or take the escalators. and there we will be. Bring umbrellas. ;) | R2x1 (4628) | |
2009-10-20 08:59:00 | Wheres Auckland? Same place, unlike Wgtn it doesn't move around too much, so just work your way into the middle of the traffic jam and there you are.

2009-10-20 09:36:00 | Damn - I have an 80th birthday lunch to attend (not mine!). Floors too slippery inside the foodcourt to ride a bike. Plus I'd put everyone off their food wearing the lycra that everyone seems to love so much... :D

Could you tell the 80 y.o. that if you let her wear your lycra she could let you turn up late? If she's 80 it is probably safe to assume her mum will let her stay up late on her birthday. |
