821952 2009-10-19 06:28:00 Anyone else having a slow connection to Rapidshare. I thought it was just the weekend (had full speed this morning), but it's at dial-up speed at the moment. DRHILL (3490)
821953 2009-10-19 06:30:00 Is it *only* rapidshare? Have you passed your BB cap? Blam (54)
821954 2009-10-19 06:38:00 You might want to try www.rapid8.com if you're not a premium member. It also covers alot of other upload sites - megaupload, etc. Just forgive the excessive ads. ubergeek85 (131)

It's strange, my download speeds for other sites is fine, I'm only 4 GB into my 20GB cap. And yes, I am a premium member.

821956 2009-10-19 07:41:00 No problems here. But it does happen every now and then. Try a different file, restart your connection.

Who is your ISP? Could be throttling (but I doubt it).

Do you mean they specifically target and throttle the likes of rs, megashare, etc?

Yes. Read the plan T's and C's. They lump those sites in with P2P stuff.
