| 821296 | 2009-10-17 00:53:00 | Not totally yet - but I am working on it . I hadda make a short two-day to Arizona after having MOSTLY moved into the new digs, and I'm not yet on-line myself, so this is on a friend's computer . I will only get 24 . 6KB when I do get on-line - that's bad as as far as I am concerned . No - make that ROTTEN!!! The new place is great - 4,300 feet altitude, 4-bedrooms and 5-acres to run naked around in - but it's gonna snow they say so I keep that activity to a min right now . I'm redecorating in "Deco-style" and am having a fun time doing it - I even bet there's another oil painting in me somewhere to add to the wall behind the wood stove . The Verizon people (if they can even be called "people") are trying my patience with the so-called service they offer . I've been on hold for the last ten days for hours at a time and they say they don't have "Dial-Up" support, just DSL and FIOS - but they know how to CHARGE me for the service!!!!! I have to make a two week trip to my son's in Missoula, Montana, after I drop my wife off in Salt Lake City to visit with her daughter after she drops another kid . I thought she was sterilized - but I guess not yet . Maybe this time! I also acquired a new 1970 Ford F-100 4WD pickup truck for my fun and enjoyment . It just needed a radiator, tires, a fuel pump, 4-wheels of new brake shoes (that's right - SHOES as it's not disk brakes!) . The weather's great, not freezing yet and I'm looking forward to the first snow so I can try my new-old vehicles and the snow plow I've had for this very purpose for years . . Next week or so should see me back up to twisting tails in Upsidedown Land . Until then - hugs and kisses to all . |
