1114496 2010-06-29 08:08:00 ok the only way that im able to get it going is by using its icon and then manually going into its "open file" option and look for what i want to play.

that is to annoying though. usually i can double click on an mp4 on my desktop and it will open fine. all i get it the loading curser and then nothing happens:badpc: how can i fix this. it does this to all file formats. it was fine like 15 minutes ago.

1114504 2010-06-29 10:14:00 i'll try a re boot. i normaly sort these things out for myself but i have a lot (cant explain how much) goin on with my stupid school(bullying. they have gone and made it worse too, the bastards) sorry, i'm open minded and not in a happy place at the moment goodiesguy (15316)

Go to run -> %appdata% and delete VLC folder in that folder
Install latest VLC

Should work fine
