| 1114040 | 2010-06-28 00:42:00 | Hi there. I have to replace a DAT72 drive,and the HP are just too hard to source from our suppliers (no stock) Has anyone any comments on TANDBERG or Quantum Tape Drives (which are in stock) as compared to the good ol' HP's. Cheers |

| 1114041 | 2010-06-28 00:54:00 | Have used a very odd Tandberg before, but ONLY because I had too!.... HP dont usually stock much in NZ anymore and lead time is like 3 weeks.! Its bloody useless and they need their ass kicked, but guess they dont want to sit on stock...meh, not like we have a great OEM range here! |

| 1114042 | 2010-06-28 04:34:00 | The Quantum drives used o be Seagate's tape division until maybe 4 or 5 years ago, and they were very good. I have had minimal exposure to them since the ownership change, but I haven't heard any big negatives about them. | inphinity (7274) | ||
