Anyone else in North Wellington/Porirua lose DSL connection for at least an hour this evening? Not sure how long it was offline for exactly because I was away from the computer for a few hours, but it was offline when I checked at about 7pm and has only just come back on in last 15mins. I did try to ring Telecom when rebooting the modem didn't work, but gave up after ten mins holding. This long wait makes me think it may not have just been me, except that my second broadband line here (a business line also with Telecom) was just fine.
I'm curious because I've had problems in the past with my home phone line and I'm wondering if this could be my old problems returning/worsening, which I am really hoping not. |
