| 1113735 | 2010-06-26 22:25:00 | I have bought one of these gadgets www.ekengroup.com But the power switch stopped responding after a couple of days. I have sent it back for replacement but thought if I could get Android to run on one of my PC's then I could get familiar with the OS. I managed to create a live cd last night & got it to run but it is a bit different using a mouse & keyboard. I wonder if the virtual would be more like it is on the aPad. Also the version you get to play with is different, or hasn't got as many apps as the one on the aPad. I tryed to log on to the AndAppStore but couldn't work out how to enter my email address as the the keyboard won't respond to upper case. |

| 1113742 | 2010-06-27 21:08:00 | Yes Android is a bit different, I believe it's a derivitive of Linux. I intend to get a Apple iPad when the price drops to a resonable level. I just bought one of these cheapies in the mean time. I actually started out looking for a eReader, but they are not cheap either. |
