| 1113678 | 2010-06-26 01:30:00 | AMD Athlon XP 1700+ 1.48Ghz 1.21Gb ram When activating a program the cpu races 90%+ which then stalls the machine. Why? and is there anything that can be done about it? I have defragmented the hard drive but no real change. Thank you |
