Guy came in with laptop - backlighting problem on screen, got an amazingly cheap quote (sorry, it's confidential but it was really cheap) from MStar/Techcentral so sent it off. They looked at it and fixed it in 2 days - then there was a slight panic - as I forgot Monday was a holiday and also we being away shortly - needed to do a few other things to laptop when it arrived back and customer was having massive withdrawal symptoms and panicking so I rang Mstar on Friday. Pleaded for tech to finish it NOW and send it back Courierpost. $25 2 day Courierpost and it arrived today!!!! They are so fast - cause Courierpost often deliver 2 day tickets in one day and the marvellous Lina got it done and shipped Friday for me. Excellent. Wholesalers are the same as Retailers - there are the crap ones and the really marvellous ones. Synnex is good but Morningstar have always been exceptional. |

| 824541 | 2009-10-27 05:09:00 | Yeah when ever I had RMA's with Morning Star they have usually been quick. NZ couriers as well (around here) are excellent. Ordered a Laser Printer from Dove in wgtn on wed , some how it got stuffed up shipping wise and was still in the loading bay midday Friday - meant to be installed today - I said send it NZ couriers - they had doubts - 4 hours later Had a HUGE box with laser printer on the office floor :thumbs: |
