Well, if you are a precision engineer, you just use a certain finesse, it's second nature :)....as distinct from bull in a china shop approach.... Glass is quite difficult to scratch, that's why a glass cutter is made of diamond. So using stainless steel wool lightly will easily remove soap scale and not scratch the glass. I do this periodically with our shower. |

I was staying with my daughter in WA, and I did the bathroom cleaning as one of my jobs to help her out (new baby means little time to do domestic stuff). I used Bam and couldn't believe the way it shifted dirt off porcelain/tiles etc. It just melted and flowed off. All I had to do was rinse the dirty suds down the plughole. I haven't seen the Bam TV ad (I can't stand TV ads so don't watch them) - I didn't even know it was sold here, so I can't comment on the claims in the ads; just to say that Ozzie Bam is amazing. |

| 823558 | 2009-12-15 18:11:00 | Thanks for all the feed back. However, Although I have tried many of the offerings, nothing works. I have been told that glass, believe it or not, is to a degree porous. I think that my problem is that the glass has been permanantly damaged during the last ten years that it has been in place. The only thing I can do is either leave it and suffer in silence or replace it. Thank you all for the suggestions. |
