1115439 2010-07-02 11:47:00 for the 3rd friday at the same time, alot shorter today. the internet has cut off.

we have a RTA1320 from 2008 and are with telstraclear. should we ring them?

Assuming its at the same time on a Friday each week -- What I would do first, is call them, explain the problem is happening for the last X number of weeks on the same day and time -- Ask if they can have a look at their logs, and see if there are any records of cuts at the time.

IF they say its all clear, and nothing is showing as being wrong, then you have to start looking at what else can be causing it. If they say yes there was an outage, maybe they can look and find out why.

I would be doubtful its the router -- disconnecting the exact same time / Days 3 weeks in a row ----Doesn't sound right.
