| 1115413 | 2010-07-02 10:27:00 | Alrighty, my OCZ Behemoth mouse just broke. I'll try to keep it short. Bought an OCZ eclipse from mightyape.com, it broke in a week. They sent me a new one, but it was the next model up, the Behemoth. (edit, they didn't say if it was a mistake or not). Now 3 months on, this one's broken too. So, am I able to ring up mightyape tomorrow and ask them for a refund? or will they try and pull a site credit or something on me? I have my receipt, and the order details are on my account still. I ask simply because I don't want another OCZ mouse, and any other mice in their range are too far above or below my price point, and I'd rather get another one elsewhere. So my next point - Provided I can get a refund, suggest me a new mouse plz?:) I was thinking of just sodding it and going razer. Nothing expensive mind, PB tech have the mamba for about $55 +gst. At the moment, thanks to my broken behemoth, I'm back to using my $12 warehouse "cyber" mouse, that's really light. Although to be honest, I like this mouse. It's not very hard on the wrists, it's nice and thin, and it's surprisingly responsive. So something responsive but not mental, and something that isn't too heavy but not paper light, and I don't care about extra functionality TOO much. My main condition is that it won't BREAK after a few months of standard not even intensive enough to break a sweat usage. GRR. Also, cheers. |

| 1115414 | 2010-07-02 11:45:00 | Generally speaking, they have the option to repair/Replace or refund a product - their choice. If its a major fault within a short time then they have to replace it if you ask. ( that was on fair go the other night) BUT if its only 3 months old they may also say its been "Well Used". One thing I have found from experience: One thing I would do, is be polite -- If you go in " guns blazing" right away demanding this that and the other, that will more than likely put them on the back foot. Being polite , you can say this is the second one that's failed, and instead of a same warranty replacement,( as under warranty they have to do something) you would rather have a ????? ( insert what you want). See what they say or offer. Once you have that sorted - then you will know how to proceed on. |

| 1115417 | 2010-07-02 15:28:00 | Sorry, it's krait. I get confused, razer have such annoying and hard to remember names and i've not owned anything nor looked into anything by razer before so i'm unfamiliar with names as it is. And thanks wainui, i'll reason with them as follows - First one failed within a week. Second one failed in 3 months, despite being the next model up. All other mice that I want to purchase are far out of my price range from them. The closest mice that I could get in the price range are ones like the microsoft comfort 3000 for $38.00, since I bought the ocz when it was on a nice special. As I say, i'll try and hint em around to a refund, else i'll ask for a different one because having two fail in such a short timeframe just isn't cool. |

| 1115420 | 2010-07-03 00:11:00 | And when the Warehouse one throws a wobbly replace it with Microsoft standard black laser mouse. Its one of the few things Microsoft does do right, almost indestructible mice. | PPp (9511) | ||
