| 1115249 | 2010-07-02 01:00:00 | do you find that the alignment doesn't always work - that it is not consistent? i was working on powerpoint the other day a new computer blank file if you insert bullet points and it goes onto the 2nd line the first letter is lined up underneath the words above . But on my file and on another blank file the 2nd line - the words line up underneath the bullet point . if you import a object from excel to powerpoint, it does not pick up any of the other tabs or if a chart (graph) was next to the spreadsheet . it will only import from the first worksheet/graph tab - be it a spreadsheet or a graph . nor does it ask you . if you have a spreadsheet on tab1, and the graph sits in the spreadsheet, it won't be picked up . if you move it to a sheet, it becomes tab2 . powerpoint won't pick it up unless you move it to tab1 . then if if you wanna import both the spreadsheet and the graph it won't do that unless you have it on two different excel files . in powerpoint also, all the slides work correctly but one or two doesn't . if you set it by bullet point has animation at a mouse click, when you click the mouse it does not appear until a moment later like 5 seconds . the same can happen if you set "transition" as advance slide on mouse click but when you get to the end of your slide, when you click the mouse it does not advance the slide until you give it a moment . |
