825066 2009-10-29 19:11:00 Aaah, that would explain it - I thought you were referring to my CSS rules for Stylish.

Excellent. Out of interest, why on earth would you want to remove the search function? It works an awful lot better than the one built into vbulletin.

Truth be told I haven't tried the Google Search function - I just like a clean look to the Forum, and that just seems to spoil it....

Damn we've just lost power - how am I going to make my toast?! (Thank goodness for laptop batteries and TSticks)

Rats, looks like my theory of all you Aucklanders using up our power before we get it is flawed! What a harsh blow for a friday morning. :badpc:

I used a gas torch one time... :p

825069 2009-10-29 19:56:00 Yeah ... got in to work, luckily the VoIP, Mailserver & Wireless Router / QoS were on UPS :D

It wasn't just one small suburb but pretty much *all* of West Auckland from what I could gather!

825070 2009-10-29 21:09:00 And all points north of the bridge - including Whangarei. Damn Otahuhu substation! johcar (6283)
825071 2009-10-29 21:26:00 The 2 hour (ish) power cut did make the Dragon realise that the UPS is quite handy. The gas stove kept a few neighbours supplied with tea, but if the power had been off much longer the back-up battery for the UPS would have to have been moved into service. A neighbouring tree was stealing my power by grabbing the daylight before it could get to the solar panel - but some of last weekend's daylight was still in stock. Camping gear is useful stuff when I'm not tripping over it. R2x1 (4628)

Just remove the relevant bit of code - it's well commented so you can easily see which bit does what.
