Out of interest, why on earth would you want to remove the search function? It works an awful lot better than the one built into vbulletin. Truth be told I haven't tried the Google Search function - I just like a clean look to the Forum, and that just seems to spoil it.... Damn we've just lost power - how am I going to make my toast?! (Thank goodness for laptop batteries and TSticks) |

| 825071 | 2009-10-29 21:26:00 | The 2 hour (ish) power cut did make the Dragon realise that the UPS is quite handy. The gas stove kept a few neighbours supplied with tea, but if the power had been off much longer the back-up battery for the UPS would have to have been moved into service. A neighbouring tree was stealing my power by grabbing the daylight before it could get to the solar panel - but some of last weekend's daylight was still in stock. Camping gear is useful stuff when I'm not tripping over it. | R2x1 (4628) | ||
