AFAIK in Nelson they only have ADSL1, so it's worth contacting Vodafone and having them contact Telecom to complain of congestion, as Vodafone will probably be online wholesaling the same connection you get with Telecom. HI Chill I was under the impression that Nelson was now ADSL2 and has been since earlier this year that was info gained form the Telecom site a while ago. | 825187 | 2009-10-30 05:51:00 | It looks like you *are* on ADSL2+, my mistake :) I'm unsure if Vodafone are wholesaling off Telecom in your area then, I'd be inclined to contact Vodafone and ask them directly if they are, and if-so ask them to go through troubleshooting with you, as you suspect there may be congestion at the exchange level, though that would be the first I've heard of that on ADSL2+... |
