1115519 2010-07-04 00:56:00 sounds like you need to remap the shortcut to that folder in your documents if that is your pictures folder

I formed the folder as insructed by Smurf, what does remap mean?

1115520 2010-07-04 00:57:00 As Gary said..I would right click on My Pictures (in my Documents) and select Create Shortcut. smurf (6545)
1115521 2010-07-04 01:18:00 As Gary said..I would right click on My Pictures (in my Documents) and select Create Shortcut.

So nows I have 2 folders in documents.........

1115522 2010-07-04 01:34:00 You need to go to my pictures shortcut on the start menu and right click, choose properties then point it at the correct folder gary67 (56)

1115524 2010-07-04 05:04:00 You could drag the shortcut icon to your desktop or task bar. Then when you click on it..it should open the My Pictures folder where you put your pictures :) smurf (6545)

I will do that Smur and thanks for that

When I click on start there are several options for me to click on,Documents,Pictures, music, games, where as on the others I get what one would expect,on Pictures I get nothing at all,I have some how lost it,it seems it is lost for ever!

1115526 2010-07-04 21:57:00 Not lost -- Just misplaced I'd say.

You can try this ( assuming its w7) As long as the Pictures link is in The menu (www.imagef1.net.nz) -- click start, type in Libraries - open the Library folder - on the pictures Library folder, right click / properties - it should look like Like this here (www.imagef1.net.nz) - make sure the middle bar says Pictures, and the pictures link in the top pain is ticked, if not then click on "include a Folder" button and navigate to the pictures folder. Save etc, and hopefully all is well again.

Edited: Similar to the same thing Gary put in #14
