1116348 2010-07-06 04:00:00 i uinstalled and reinstalled adobe flash player and shockwave. they have installed but i get a "Flash player has crashed" message when trying to view youtube or the likes goodiesguy (15316)
1116349 2010-07-06 05:36:00 did you have ALL browsers and other players etc closed when you uninstaled ?

even then, as they say here (kb2.adobe.com), sometimes it needs a reboot to get rid of some files when uninstalling before you reinstall, otherwise they cause problems.
