| 1115574 | 2010-07-03 09:21:00 | I have recently got a font that has ligatures, unfortunately my very ancient version of Fireworks (MX) doesn't support ligatures, and as I would like to play with ligatures, i would like to find a preferably free program that allows me to use them Thanks |

| 1115577 | 2010-07-04 04:05:00 | Ok heres a demo (nigel.geek.nz)so you can see what i mean, basically it is opentype ligature support that i need as it does on the fly replacement of certain pairs or trios with specific ligatures, basically to make it look more polished, there are loads of little differences between the two samples you see on that demo page, if you look at the last letter of each word, they are different in each sample. Both samples used the exact same font, just one supports automatic ligature replacement thingies |
