| 1117437 | 2010-07-09 20:21:00 | I have a problem with windows update KB979683. My computer is running Vista with Service Pak 2. It just keeps installing the update. My update log shows the update successfully installed about 20 times. Yet everytime I check windows updates available it shows KB979683 needs to be installed. Can anybody help me, Microsoft support does not seem to be able to help me?Any help would be appreciated. I also came across a Microsoft security bulletin MS10-21 but I'm not that computer savey so I'm at a loss. Thanks |
