| 829139 | 2009-11-11 11:42:00 | Answer = me. I returned today after 8 days in Melbourne and left behind AU$90 and a bottle of vodka in the apartment I rented. The cash was left on the lounge table and the booze in the kitchen. This is what happens when you have to get a shuttle bus to the airport at 5:00 AM. :groan: |

| 829141 | 2009-11-11 16:58:00 | Left my passport, all my cash and travellers cheques in a restaurant in Kuala Lumpur a few years ago. Had a very sleepless night waiting for them to re-open. Think I gave them about $90 and a bottle of vodka in thanks !! Food was quite good too. |

How full/empty was the bottle of vodka? Tell me it wasn't Stoli! |

Tell me it wasn't Stoli! Haha . Nope it wasn't Stoli - premium liquor brands over there are real expensive It was almost full . I'll call my travel insurance people and see if I'm covered for the loss . If not, too bad too sad . |

| 829145 | 2009-11-12 02:46:00 | We got back from Brisbane on Monday morning after 10 days there - around 12.30am wgtn airport. Thats one thing I did do, go through everything twice to make sure we didn't leave anything behind. Mind you Duty free was interesting - we couldn't carry many more bottle of booze along with laptop and other hand baggage ;) |
