828872 2009-11-10 22:26:00 Poor guy. He deserves every penny.

He made $1 million last year. Yet he is the most experienced driver in F1 and has more wins than anyone else except Kimi Raikkonen (45 million) and Fernando Alonso (15 million). With no one else earning lower than him.

How wrong is that?

I knew Kimi was pretty good, but 45,000,000 wins in a season is almost excellent. He must have used a lot of petrol.

No 45 million was he base salary. Probably $500,000 per point and 2million per win scored on top of that. (or similar)

The man ain't cheap. :)

828877 2009-11-11 05:29:00 There's nothing too base about a $M45 salary.

But 45 x 10^6 wins would be a good thing to put on the CV.

828878 2009-11-11 08:37:00 The point of the article was how easy it is for people to use other peoples names on places like Google, Facebook, Twitter etc not what the guy gets paid.

828879 2009-11-11 23:32:00 I see no validity to his claim at all - since Google's servers aren't even in Brazil .

This would be like the cops coming to NZ and YOUR door to collect the fines from you for a traffic ticket I got (which I didn't) in Utah .

Google has no responsibility to police his webblog or his information on Orkut at all . I think he's still miffed at the "turtle-thing" anyway .

It's moot obviously - since there's no way Orkut/Google had any need to answer his charges and anything the Brazilian courts decide can only be enforced in Brazil .

Then there's the reciprocity-thing that Brazil has and won't do . Got it?

Pound sand, it's tough toenails . I side with Google here: Right on Sergie!
