To change your Overlap Protection on your TiVo media device visit TiVo Central > Settings > Recording > Overlap Protection.

Does that all the time, no matter what I request. I also get a "Message" on my TiVo box and it mention some stuff in there about putting tick boxes next to the channels I *can* receive but it's already been done.

Sent a support ticket to TiVo too. This happens regardless of me using Mobile Genie, the full browser version, Season-passes or once-off shows.

Shows that I setup the recordings for on the actual device itself though seem fine...
