| 827773 | 2009-11-06 20:58:00 | I've placed several orders with them over the last 12 months or so. They're good, but a little slow - as a general rule, you should allow 2-3 weeks from the time you order an item, to the time you get it. Usually it's taken about a week for items to be packaged and dispatched, and then another week or two for it to arrive via post (from Hong Kong). If you see the forums on their website, they have recently been snowed under by too many orders, and as a result their turnaround times have slowed down significantly. You'll just have to be patient - they're cheap for a reason. |
