| 1117990 | 2010-07-11 23:22:00 | I am sure this is simple but turned on computer and opened Word to draft a letter and although i have the default Arial 10 it apperas on the page and looks like about a size 20 font. It says it is 10 just looks huge? As Word is my default for Outlook a new message email also has the same problem that it says 10 Font but looks huge ? Must be a seeting but dont know how it happened thanks. |

| 1117991 | 2010-07-11 23:51:00 | Close Word. Find and delete the normal.dot file. You will probably have to have show hidden files turned on in folder view. A new normal.dot will be created when you re start Word. |
