| 831055 | 2009-11-17 07:02:00 | It was around 7:07 p.m. 17/11/2009 Santa just finished having Spaghetti and Bacon. He sat down and smiled at his HD4850 through his computer case because he can.....see through things =). DEN SANT@ GOT MAD#@! Santa saw a Dirt 2 video that made him realize that the Dual Core he was getting for christmas wouldn't help him render DirectX 11. www.youtube.com Those polygons... PLEASE someone tell me DirectX 11 is all **** and that all that stuff can be done in DirectX 10 =S. |

| 831060 | 2009-11-18 00:51:00 | Only watched half of it, I fail to see what 3d modelling has to do with DX? Anyone can create separate and massively detailed 3d object, It just costs far too much money and kills the game performance, Hence the use of textures and shaded pixels to add depth. Are they saying that DX11 takes a texture and turns it into a 3d rendered object?, well, that's not possible as far as I know, It could end up looking like anything. Certainly the level of detail on that video for DX10 is poor, I've seen far better effects in Dx9 games. |

They could easily use more wireframes on DX10 so its like they have deliberately nerfed DX10 to make DX11 look better lol, The funny thing is its obvious. Judging by the comments on Youtube people are buying it. |

It's included on all Radeon cards HD2000 and up (Also in ATI 360 graphics) but is only implemented in DirectX 11 making the function a waste on HD4000's and below =( |
