| 830987 | 2009-11-17 05:05:00 | Anyone here had extra charges appear on their TradeMe account? It can be difficult to check if you are selling several items within the same month, what with 10c for extra photos, 55c here and 25c there. But I found four additional charges with total over $16 - for auctions that I did not participate in! It was only because if took the 74 little charges for the past 5 weeks, sorted them in Excel spreadsheet, checked all the auctions numbers and finally found four charges that are not mine. They are for BuyNow success fee so if anyone is missing a charge for BuyNow success... they socked it to me! Almost 6 hours since I reported it but so far only a robotic reply saying that they won't bother much if the answer can be found in their help files! |

| 830989 | 2009-11-17 06:43:00 | We attempt to answer all emails within 12 hours unless the answer can be found in our online help - in which case you may experience delays. Does that mean after 12 hours I should conduct a thorough search of their help files in case they've dropped an answer in under some subtly inappropriate heading? And isn't 12 hours enough of a delay anyway? Does anyone know whether they refund the cost of calls to their 0900 if they are eventually proved to be at fault? |
