Listen to it. The guy makes sense.
This is what will happen now.

830725 2009-11-16 18:20:00 That's scary. Kind of what I've suspected (about the climate change issue anyway). The treaty side of it, that scenario has been rumbling along for about 20 years now - where wealth is transferred from the "western" nations.
But to cynically use climate change as the catalyst for our economic downfall....:horrified
I hope he's wrong, but I suspect he's not. What sort of world could be coming for our grandkids?

830726 2009-11-16 18:39:00 Since his third word was "unbelievable" I took the hint and clicked part way through the fourth word so I could try something more credible. Like a scheme for barbecueing talkback hosts over a very slow fire.

Is takback a last resort for those who failed parking-warden classes, then missed out on getting into parliament? The hosts are even worse.

830727 2009-11-16 23:15:00 I dont care about climate change, the only thing which keeps me awake at night is fear of the world running out of beer. prefect (6291)
830728 2009-11-16 23:19:00 I dont care about climate change, the only thing which keeps me awake at night is fear of the world running out of beer.

That's because Climate Change is a natural thing and has happened many many times in the history of this planet.

As for you and your beer, how do you know the commies won't take your beer away?

Actually, come to think of it this would concern you more than the rest of us. If this kind of thing does go through, the taxes for you (and the rest of the people in the transportation industry) would go through the roof, no?
The money would be used to help countries in Africa lower their emissions.

830729 2009-11-16 23:31:00 The ETS is a crock.

And if Canada is not going to pay then why should New Zealand?
