1117614 2010-07-10 12:06:00 Just about any free graphic program will do it, something like Paint.net (http://www.getpaint.net/) Other wise, just did a google search lots to select from, but most are trials.

Did find logo Creator (download.cnet.com) -- Never tried it, so no idea if it works or not. But it does say " Free to try (30-day/16-use trial)" So dont go making to many stuff ups :p and you may get it made for free. Their web site (http://www.thelogocreator.com/)

Edited: Word will do it as well as its been suggested, the newer the version of word the more features. Open Office has a lot of good options as well.
