Deleted Items folder in Outlook is full. When I try to empty it I get "The file C:\Mail\archive.pst has reached it maximum size." It then suggests I permanently delete some items, which is exactly what I am unable to do in the first place. Anyone know how? |

have you compacted the folders recently?
>>> File / Data File Management, select the file(deleted items), click Settings, then click Compact Now. |

Thanks Speedy and Bevy, the problem resolved itself after about 3hours. 4000 items in deleted items in outlook is not advised. |
